目的:探讨优质护理服务在门诊输液护理中的应用。方法:选择2015年3~6月实施优质护理服务的200例输液患者为观察组,2015年1~3月未实施优质护理服务前的200例患者为对照组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施优质护理服务,比较两组患者的满意率。结果:观察组护理满意率为97%,对照组护理满意率为84%,观察组护理满意率显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:在门诊输液患者中实施优质护理服务有助于改善服务质量,提高患者及家属的满意度,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application of quality nursing service in outpatient infusion care. Methods: A total of 200 infusion patients who performed quality nursing service from March to June in 2015 were selected as the observation group and 200 patients before the quality nursing service from January to March 2015 were selected as the control group. The control group to take routine care, the observation group to implement the quality of care services, compared the satisfaction rate of two groups of patients. Results: The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97% and that of the control group was 84%. The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (p & lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Implementing quality care services in outpatient infusion helps to improve service quality and increase patient and family satisfaction and is worth promoting.
