三峡一期围堰全长2502m,其中665m长的一段基础中的强风化带含有块球体,弱风化带上部存在断层。这些部位的单位吸水量ω值高达0.1~10L/(min·m·m)。在这一段建造防渗墙,造孔困难,难以实施。本文介绍在上述部位以湿磨细水泥灌浆防渗帷幕代替防渗墙所做两组试验的情况。成果表明,通过湿磨细水泥灌浆,可以使上述部位的单位吸水量ω值降低到0.05L/(min·m·m)以下,满足围堰基础的防渗要求。鉴于试验结果,在强风化带含块球体和弱风化带上部有断层的部位,全面采用水泥灌浆帷幕来代替防渗墙。从而确保了三峡工程一期围堰按时完成。
The first stage of the Three Gorges cofferdam is 2502m in length, of which the strong weathered zone in a section of 665m long contains block spheres, and faults in the upper part of weakly weathered zone. This article describes the situation in the above part of the wet ground cement grouting anti-seepage curtain instead of two sets of tests done. In view of the test results, cement grouting curtains were used instead of cutoff walls in the areas where there was a fault in the blocks with strong weathered zones and weakly weathered zones. Thus ensuring the completion of the first phase of the Three Gorges Project cofferdam on time.
