复杂与简单是我们认知事物所产生的一组相对概念,“复杂”是指事物头绪多而且杂乱,之间关系相互联系又相互制约;“简单”则是指事物头绪少而且单纯。从人的“知”与“行”关系来理解,常常有一句口头禅告之我们即“知”——考虑问题要复杂;“行”——处理问题要简单,最终归结为是要把“复杂问题简单化处理”。班组长由于是企业的一线管理者,面对“随机”性质的问题比较多,工作又具有“细、小、实、全、繁、碎”等特点,所以在履职过程中面对“复杂”与“简单”事实与概念及之间关系的理解与把握,将有利于提升班组长履职的效能。
Complexity and simplicity are a set of relative concepts generated by our knowledge of things. “Complexity” means that things have many clues and they are messy. The relationship between them is interrelated and mutually restrictive; “simple” means that things have less clues and simple. From the understanding of people’s “knowledge” and “behavior” relationship, we often have a verbal admonition that we are “knowledge” - considering the complexity of the problem; “line” - it is simple to deal with the problem. In the end it comes down to simplifying the “complexity problem.” Because the team leader is the front-line manager of the company, there are many problems in the face of the “random” nature, and the work has the characteristics of “fine, small, solid, full, complicated, broken” and so on, so during the performance of duties, Understanding and grasping the relationship between the “complicated” and the “simple” concepts and the facts will help improve the effectiveness of the team leader performing his duties.
