单片微型计算机用于机床控制,是实现“机电一体化”的有效手段。本文以一台双头螺栓双端齐头倒角机床为例,说明单片微型计算机在组合机床以及专用机床上完成顺序控制的方法。文中所叙的硬件电路和软件设计思想,已在实践中证明了它的可行性和通用性。
Single-chip microcomputer for machine control, is to achieve “mechanical and electrical integration,” an effective means. In this paper, a double-headed stud bolt chamfering machine as an example to illustrate the single-chip microcomputer in the combination of machine tools and machine tools to complete the order of control methods. The article describes the hardware circuit and software design ideas, in practice has proved its feasibility and versatility.
