在煤矿机械中,链轮的使用很广泛。链轮的加工通常需要专用的滚刀或铣刀。对于齿面由两段圆弧连接而成的链轮,我们介绍一种简单的加工方法。附图中件4是20B刮板运输机中的五星轮,它的齿面由R20圆弧与R60圆弧连接而成。图中注明了各圆弧的中心位置。下面就以这个五星轮为例,介绍其加工方法。一、准备工作零件的毛坯经粗加工后,齿面留有1mm余量,然后用φ40mm铣刀最后加工成形。事先要准备一块如图所示的定位盘3,盘上凸肩尺寸D按工件内孔配作,孔J的中心为轮齿侧面R60圆弧的中心,孔K的中心
In coal mining machinery, sprockets are widely used. Sprocket processing usually requires a special hob or cutter.
