目的:探讨降钙素基因相关肽( C G R P)在面神经损伤再生过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化及图像分析技术,观察豚鼠面神经核中的 C G R P在面神经损伤后含量和分布的变化。结果: C G R P分布于正常豚鼠面神经核各亚核。面神经损伤后1 d,损伤侧面神经核运动神经元中 C G R P阳性反应增强,图像分析 C G R P灰度值与对照侧比较,差异非常显著( P < 0.01);损伤后7 d 达最高峰( P< 0.001),其后渐降。在损伤后14~35 d,发现显著的束状 C G R P阳性纤维从面神经核腹侧向外周延伸。结论:面神经损伤后,面神经核中的 C G R P含量和分布出现显著变化,提示 C G R P在面神经修复再生过程中起着调控作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of calcitonin gene-related peptide (C G R P) in the regeneration of facial nerve injury. Methods: Immunohistochemical and image analysis techniques were used to observe the changes of C G R P content in the facial nucleus of guinea pig after facial nerve injury. Results: C G R P was distributed in all subnuclei of normal guinea pig facial nerve nuclei. The positive expression of C G R P in the motor neurons of the injured lateral nucleus on 1 d after facial nerve injury was enhanced. The gray value of C G R P in the image analysis was significantly different from that on the control side (P <0.01) d reached the peak (P <0.001), then gradually decreased. From 14 to 35 days after injury, significant bundle-like C G R P-positive fibers were found to extend circumferentially from the ventral side of the facial nerve nucleus. CONCLUSION: After facial nerve injury, the contents and distribution of C G R P in facial nucleus significantly change, suggesting that C G R P plays a regulatory role in the process of facial nerve regeneration.
