在兔眼穿通伤模型上用玻璃体内注射胶体32P的方法,观察了20μCi、10μci胶体32P对外伤性眼内增殖的抑制作用。28天后20μci组的平均增殖级别为0.79,对照组为2.20(P<0.01)。10μci组为1.69,与对照组无显著差异,同时检查了32P对眼组织的放射损害,20μci32P注射后14天电镜见视细胞内节线粒体空泡变性;28天后电镜见视细胞内、外节溶解,病理检查见视细胞排列紊乱和灶性溶解。
Intravitreal injection of colloidal 32P was used to observe the inhibitory effect of 20μCi and 10μCci colloid 32P on traumatic intraocular proliferation in rabbit eye penetrant model.
