在兔眼穿通伤模型上用玻璃体内注射胶体３２Ｐ的方法，观察了２０μＣｉ、１０μｃｉ胶体３２Ｐ对外伤性眼内增殖的抑制作用。２８天后２０μｃｉ组的平均增殖级别为０．７９，对照组为２．２０（Ｐ＜０．０１）。１０μｃｉ组为１．６９，与对照组无显著差异，同时检查了３２Ｐ对眼组织的放射损害，２０μｃｉ３２Ｐ注射后１４天电镜见视细胞内节线粒体空泡变性；２８天后电镜见视细胞内、外节溶解，病理检查见视细胞排列紊乱和灶性溶解。
Intravitreal injection of colloidal 32P was used to observe the inhibitory effect of 20μCi and 10μCci colloid 32P on traumatic intraocular proliferation in rabbit eye penetrant model.
