根据苹果水心病的特点,研制出以近红外LED为光源的苹果水心病快速分析的仪器,为苹果水心病的现场检测提供了一个经济、快捷的便携式设备。该测量仪由近红外LED光源、窄带干涉滤光片、菲涅耳透镜、硅光电池检测器、单片机系统等组成。与其他近红外仪器相比,该测量仪具有体积小、结构简单、低功耗、抗震动等特点.结果表明:密度无法分离该样品水心病;而1~4级水心病的透光强度之间存在显著差异,可以进行水心病判断。把近红外810 nm的计算透光强度25 000 作为界限值可以将好果(1级)与3、4级果完全分离.
