目的 :探索一种人眼动脉逆行注药治疗眼底病的新技术。方法 :选择视网膜中央动脉、静脉阻塞者 18例 ,依实验研究的操作巧于显微镜下从眼眶之眼动脉终末支逆行插管至眼动脉主干注药入眼。结果 :施治 18例病人中 ,成功者 13例。成功的 13例中临床效果显效者 4例 ,有效者 4例 ,无效者 5例 ,有效率 6 9% ,其效果与插管深度、注射药物、病人情况、病程长短密切相关。结论 :根据本课题应用解剖学研究的结果选择眼动脉终末支进行手术注药入眼是一种科学、安全、有效、可行的方法
Objective: To explore a new technique for retrograde injection of human ophthalmic artery for ocular fundus diseases. Methods: Eighteen cases of central retinal artery and venous obstruction were selected. According to the experimental study, the operation was microscopically retrograde intubation from the terminal orbital artery to the main artery of the ophthalmic artery. Results: Of the 18 patients treated, 13 were successful. Of the 13 successful cases, 4 were effective, 4 were effective, 5 were ineffective, and the effective rate was 69%. The effect was closely related to the depth of intubation, the drug injection, the patient’s condition and the duration of the disease. Conclusion: It is a scientific, safe, effective and feasible method to select the terminal branch of the ophthalmic artery according to the results of anatomic study
