导电沥青混合料具有融雪化冰,路面自诊断等功能。本文优选一种高碳鳞片石墨导电相材料,制备导电SMA混合料,研究石墨掺杂导电SMA混合料的各项电学性能及路用性能。研究表明掺杂石墨可以有效降低沥青混合料的电阻率,在石墨掺量约15%时,电阻率出现急剧下降,石墨掺量为40%时电阻率降低至10Ω.m;导电SMA电阻率不会随时间而发生剧烈波动,但会随温度的降低而下降;交流V-I特性的研究也进一步验证了导电SMA的导电机制;导电SMA各项路用性能优异,动稳定度保持在7 000次/mm以上。
Conductive asphalt mixture with melting snow, pavement self-diagnosis and other functions. In this paper, a high-carbon flake graphite conductive phase material is preferably prepared conductive SMA mixture to study the electrical properties and road performance of graphite doped conductive SMA mixture. The results show that doped graphite can effectively reduce the resistivity of asphalt mixture. When the content of graphite is about 15%, the resistivity decreases sharply and the resistivity decreases to 10Ω.m when the content of graphite is 40% It will fluctuate with time, but it will decrease with the decrease of temperature. The study of AC VI characteristics further verifies the conductive mechanism of conductive SMA. The performance of conductive SMA is excellent and its dynamic stability is kept at 7 000 cycles / mm or more.
