目的:建立聚丙烯输液瓶易氧化物测定方法的不确定度评定方法。方法:依据标准YBB00022002[1]测定聚丙烯输液瓶中易氧化物的量,依据JF1059—1999[2]确定测量不确定度的分量,合成不确定度。结果:当聚丙烯输液瓶中易氧化物的量为0.304 mL时,合成不确定为0.028 mL,扩展不确定度为0.056 mL,结果表示为:(0.304±0.056)mL,k=2。结论:掌握聚丙烯输液瓶易氧化物的测量不确定度评定方法,能帮助检验人员确定测定结果的可靠程度,确保测定结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty of determination methods for polypropylene oxide infusion bottles. Methods: According to the standard YBB00022002 [1] Determination of the amount of easy to oxide in the infusion bottle of polypropylene, according to JF1059-1999 [2] to determine the component of the measurement uncertainty, the synthesis of uncertainty. Results: When the volume of easy-to-oxidize polypropylene infusion bottle was 0.304 mL, the uncertainty of the synthesis was 0.028 mL and the extended uncertainty was 0.056 mL. The results were expressed as: (0.304 ± 0.056) mL, k = 2. Conclusion: To master the evaluation method of the measurement uncertainty of easy oxide in polypropylene infusion bottle can help the inspectors to determine the reliability of the determination results and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the determination results.
