以高糖低脂肪低蛋白饮食为试餐,测定餐后△IRI/△BG(30').对41例糖尿病患者、32例对照者饱餐和24例糖尿病患者限餐测定结果表明,糖尿病患者△IRI/△BG(30')值小于0.5,试餐量不同的两组糖尿病患者间指数值无显著差异,而对照组除1例小于0.5。余均大于0.5。鉴于我国多数人(包括糖尿病病人)的早餐均以碳水化合物为主,所以早餐后半小时胰岛素差值指数可用于诊断早期糖尿病和观察糖尿病患者的病情。
The high-sugar, low-fat and low-protein diet was used as the test meal to measure the postprandial △ IRI / △ BG (30 ’) .Results of 41 meals with diabetes, 32 controls and 24 meals with diabetes IRI / △ BG (30 ’) value of less than 0.5, test meal volume between two groups of patients with diabetes index value was no significant difference, while the control group except 1 case was less than 0.5. Because most of our breakfast (including diabetic patients) are mainly carbohydrates, so half an hour after breakfast, insulin difference index can be used to diagnose early diabetes and diabetic patients observed.
