应用陕西省农科院温振民等提出的高稳系数法,分析了1997~1998年度甜菜优异种质多点异地鉴定试验9份种质的丰产或高糖稳定性,并进行了参试种质的产量(或含糖率)平均数(x)、标准差(s)、变异系数(C.V)和高稳系数(HSC)及稳定性参数(b)的相关分析。结果表明:根产量的HSC与x呈极显著的正相关,与s相关不大,与C.V呈中高度负相关;含糖率的HSC与x呈极显著的正相关,与s呈中高度的负相关,与C.V呈极显著的负相关。根产量的b与x中高度正相关,与s呈极显著的正相关,与C.V呈中度正相关;含糖率的b与x呈弱负相关,与s呈极显著的正相关,与C.V呈极显著的正相关。参试种质材料的s、C.V、b与丰产或高糖的稳定性有关,与产量或含糖的高低关系不大。只有高稳系数(HSC)才能综合反映参试种质材料的丰产或高糖的稳定性。
Using the high stability coefficient method proposed by Wen Zhenmin et al. Of Shaanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the stability of high yield or high glucose of 9 germplasms in the multi-site identification test of excellent germplasm of beet from 1997 to 1998 was analyzed. (X), standard deviation (s), coefficient of variation (CV) and high stability coefficient (HSC) and stability parameter (b) of the yield (or sugar content) The results showed that the root yield of HSC was significantly positive correlation with x, and s less relevant, and C. V was moderately and highly negatively correlated; HSC containing sugar had a significant positive correlation with x, a moderately high negative correlation with s, and C. V was significantly negative correlation. The root yield of b was positively correlated with x and positively correlated with s. V was moderately positive correlation; sugar content of b was weakly negative correlation with x, was significantly positive correlation with s, and C. V was significantly positive correlation. Germplasm material s, C. V, b with the stability of high yield or high sugar, and the level of production or sugar has little to do. Only the high stability coefficient (HSC) can reflect the high yield or high sugar stability of the tested germplasm materials.
