以可调谐声光滤光器为元件所制造的光谱分析仪,利用声光滤光器的电调谐分光作用,辅以计算机控制,以完成信息的实时处理。其中声光滤光器性能指标的好坏将直接影响光谱分析仪的设计制造。本文对用不同切向的氧化碲晶体所制成几种声光滤光器的几项性能指标进行计算和讨论,使在设计制造光谱分析仪时对声光滤光器的声光和电性能先有一个总体认识,以减少不必要的实验和摸索。
The optical spectrum analyzer made of tunable acousto-optic filter uses the electro-optical tuning spectroscopy of acousto-optic filter, supplemented by computer control to complete the real-time processing of information. One of the performance indicators of acousto-optic filters will directly affect the design and manufacture of optical spectrum analyzer. In this paper, we calculated and discussed several performance indexes of several acousto-optic filters made of tellurium oxide with different tangential directions, which make the acousto-optic and electrical properties of the acousto-optic filter in the design and manufacture of optical spectrum analyzer First, there is a general understanding to reduce unnecessary experiments and groping.
