眼球挫伤前房积血是临床常见的眼外伤之一。如不及时治疗可引起继发性青光眼，角膜血染，以致于失明。笔者自１９９５年至１９９７年间应用中医辩证施治结合西药治疗５４例因眼球挫伤而致前房积血的病人，疗效满意，现报道如下。１ 临床资料５４例病人中，男３８例，女１６例
