介绍了采用碳化铬硬质合金制作质谱计和表面分析仪器中的双曲面玻璃管的成形模具。该模具在室温至800℃范围内反复加热成形,变形甚微,保证了玻璃制品几何尺寸的高精度要求,该合金具有极高的抗氧化性能,不与玻璃粘结,易脱模。模具使用寿命较常用模具材料1Cr18Ni9Ti 高10倍以上。因此,碳化铬硬质合金是制作电真空玻璃制品的理想模具材料。还介绍了碳化铬硬质合金的制备工艺和性能。
The forming die of hyperboloid glass tube in mass spectrometer and surface analysis instrument made of chromium carbide carbide was introduced. The mold is heated repeatedly at room temperature up to 800 ℃, with little deformation, which ensures the high precision of the glass products’ geometric dimensions. The alloy has extremely high oxidation resistance, does not bond with the glass and is easy to be demolded. Mold life is more commonly used mold material 1Cr18Ni9Ti 10 times higher. Therefore, chromium carbide carbide is the production of electric vacuum glass products ideal mold material. The preparation technology and properties of chromium carbide carbide are also introduced.
