研究了11种矿质营养元素对烟草疫霉菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,高浓度的氮、钾、磷能抑制烟草疫霉菌菌丝的生长。中量元素钙对疫霉菌菌丝生长促进作用,低浓度镁促进疫霉菌菌丝生长,高浓度镁抑制疫霉菌菌丝生长。微量元素硼、铜对烟草疫霉菌菌丝生长作用不明显。高浓度铁抑制疫霉菌的生长。低浓度锰抑制烟草疫霉菌菌丝的生长。高浓度锌对疫霉菌菌丝生长
The effects of 11 mineral nutrients on mycelial growth of Phytophthora nicotianae were studied. The results showed that high concentrations of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus inhibited the growth of Phytophthora nicotiana mycelia. The medium element calcium promoted the growth of Phytophthora capsici mycelium, the low concentration of magnesium promoted the growth of Phytophthora capsici mycelium, and the high concentration of magnesium inhibited the mycelial growth of Phytophthora capsici. Trace elements boron, copper on Phytophthora nicotina mycelial growth is not obvious. High concentrations of iron inhibited Phytophthora growth.
