本文结果显示血清 HBV—DNA 与 HBsAg 滴度呈正相关,血清 HBsAg 滴度高低能大致反映病毒复制情况。血清抗-HBcIgM 滴度≥10~(-3)时,HBV-DNA 阳性率高达 80.5%,提示病毒复制活跃。PHSA-R 阳性血清 HBV-DNA 的检出率明显高于 PHSA-R 阴性血清,且随 PHSA-R 滴度上升 HBV-DNA 检出率增加,支持 PHSA-R 与病毒复制有关的观点.HBeAg 阳性血清大多可检到 HBV-DNA,二者呈正相关,但尚有25.6%的HBeAg 阳性血清未检出 HBV-DNA,而20.1%抗-HBe 阳性血清中 HBV-DNA 阳性。
The results of this study showed that serum HBV-DNA and HBsAg titers were positively correlated, serum HBsAg titer can generally reflect the virus replication. Serum anti-HBcIgM titer ≥ 10 ~ (-3), the positive rate of HBV-DNA up to 80.5%, suggesting that viral replication is active. The detection rate of HBV-DNA in PHSA-R positive serum is significantly higher than that of PHSA-R negative serum, and the detection rate of HBV-DNA increases with the increase of PHSA-R titer, which supports the view that PHSA-R is related to virus replication. Most of the sera could detect HBV-DNA, the two were positively correlated, but there were 25.6% HBeAg-positive sera without HBV-DNA and 20.1% sera with HBV-DNA positive.
