又一个3·15消费者维权日如期而至,尽管汽车三包、召回等政策已经落地,但眼下汽车消费维权的形势仍然严峻。日益增多的投诉和维权的艰难,正困扰着中国汽车消费市场的健康发展。投诉居高不下近年来关于汽车的投诉大幅度增加,中消协日前发布的“2015年汽车产品(含零部件)投诉处理情况”显示,收到投诉18863件,同比增长31.18%。汽车及零部件品类的投诉从2014年的第三位升至2015年第二位。 Another 3.15 consumer rights day as scheduled, despite the three bags of vehicles, recalls and other policies have landed, but now the situation of car consumer rights protection is still grim.
