目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视眼术前检查、术后疗效和并发症的处理。方法回顾分析148例(295眼)屈光度-6.00~-14.75D的高度近视眼患者进行LASIK治疗的临床资料。在术后12-24个月比较术前和术后视力、屈光度的变化、眼压、角膜地形图检查。结果术后12-24个月时,148例患者295眼中有257眼(87.12%)达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力,271眼(91.86%)球镜残留屈光度在-1.00d以内;术后裸眼视力低于术前矫正视力,且近视屈光度高于-1.00D的屈光回退24眼(8.13%)。结论准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术具有安全、有效、稳定等特点,是治疗近视的理想手术,但对于高度近视眼患者要注重手术前检查和手术参数,防止并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the preoperative laser in situ keratomileusis for the treatment of high myopia preoperative examination, postoperative efficacy and complications. Methods Retrospective analysis of 148 cases (295 eyes) diopter -6.00 ~ -14.75D high myopia patients with LASIK clinical data. Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, diopter changes, intraocular pressure and corneal topography were compared at 12-24 months postoperatively. Results Twelve to twenty-four months after operation, 257 eyes (87.12%) out of 295 eyes of 148 patients achieved or exceeded the best corrected visual acuity before surgery and 271 eyes (91.86%) had spherical refraction within -1.00d. The uncorrected visual acuity was lower than preoperative corrected visual acuity, and 24 eyes (8.13%) had refraction of myopia higher than -1.00D. Conclusions Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis is safe, effective and stable. It is an ideal surgical treatment for myopia. However, for patients with high myopia, we should pay attention to preoperative examination and operation parameters to prevent the occurrence of complications.
