随着六角头螺栓及六角螺母对角尺寸考核的严格,对六角模具棱角的清晰度也提出了新的要求。这样不但给模具热处理及机加工带来许多不便,更重要的是六角成形时由于角部应力集中的影响,六角模极易从角部裂开而造成报废。为了克服这一疵病,后来把六角模由整体式改为六瓣组合式,即事先从角部切开,分别加工,然后再组合在一起形成六瓣组合模,见图1。但由于六瓣(即六个扇形块)加工繁琐,精度也较难保证,组合误差较大。为了简化加工工艺,提高六瓣组合精度,我们设计了一种新型六瓣组合模,现介绍如下:

In order to simplify the processing technology and improve the accuracy of the six-valve combination, we designed a new six-valve combination mold, which is introduced as follows:
