The paper describes the use of crushed granulated blast furnace slag and lime stabilized materials used in the United Kingdom and some European countries that exceed the compressive strength of the cement. Granulated blast furnace slag as a substitute for cement can be widely used in concrete, the road for the grassroots and subsoil, but also can be used for soil stability, economical and convenient.
