本实验用PAP特异标记滤泡树状突细胞及其前体细胞,在透射电镜下,观察生后21、27、34、41和48天大鼠脾脏被标记细胞的发育。21天时,被标记细胞具有类似成纤维网状细胞的结构特点。随着鼠龄增长,被标记细胞发生了一系列形态改变。胞体和胞核由近似椭圆变为不规則形。异染色质减少。胞质内微丝减少。突起增多,从少分支到高度分支。细胞表面由较平直变为有许多内陷、卷折。至生后48天,被标记细胞已具备滤泡树状突细胞的结构特点,提示滤泡树状突细胞可能由成纤维网状细胞发育而来。
In this study, PAP-specific labeled follicular dendritic cells and their precursor cells were observed under transmission electron microscope at 21, 27, 34, 41 and 48 days after birth, the spleen cells were labeled cells. At 21 days, the labeled cells had structural features similar to those of fibroblast reticulocytes. As the mice grow older, the labeled cells undergo a series of morphological changes. The soma and nucleus change from an approximate ellipse to an irregular shape. Heterochromatin reduction. The cytoplasmic microfilament decreased. Protrusion increases, from less branched to highly branched. The surface of the cell changes from flat to have a lot of retraction, roll. 48 days after birth, the labeled cells already have the structural characteristics of follicular dendritic cells, suggesting that follicular dendritic cells may be derived from the formation of fibroblasts.
