目的:探讨异位妊娠保守治疗失败的原因.方法:对2004年1月～2007年1月在我科进行保守治疗的宫外孕患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:保守治疗失败的患者的年龄与成功的患者相比,无显著性差异(P》0.05),但停经天数显著大于成功组的患者(P《0.01),血β-HCG浓度明显高于成功组的患者(P《0.01),包块直径显著大于成功治疗组(P《0.05),阳性腹痛率大于成功治疗组患者(P《0.01).β-HCG浓度越低,保守治疗的成功率越高.结论:宫外孕患者选择保守治疗要严格选择指征,这样才能提高治疗的成功率.
