为了寻找较LAK、TIL细胞更为优越的抗癌活性细胞,研究了淋巴因子诱导的细胞毒细胞(Lymphokine-inducedCytotoxicCell,LICC)的抗癌作用及其对荷癌机体免疫功能的影响。实验结果显示,LICC能够有效地抑制荷瘤BERH-2肝癌wistar大鼠腹水的产生及其癌肿的扩散。荷瘤鼠外周血T细胞亚群动态监测结果显示,LICC能够有效地阻止荷瘤鼠外周血T总、Th细胞的下降,抑制Ts细胞的升高。从实验的第3周开始,两组间的Th、T总细胞水平有显著性差异(P<0.01);而PFC、QHS测定结果提示,LICC对机体体液免疫的影响甚微。
In order to find more anti-cancer active cells than LAK and TIL cells, the anti-cancer effect of Lymphokine-induced Cytotoxic Cell (LICC) and its effect on the immune function of the cancer-bearing cancer were studied. The experimental results show that LICC can effectively inhibit the production of ascites and the spread of cancer in tumor-bearing BERH-2 hepatoma wistar rats. Dynamic monitoring of peripheral blood T cell subsets in tumor-bearing mice showed that LICC could effectively prevent the decrease of total T cells and Th cells in the peripheral blood of tumor-bearing mice and inhibit the increase of Ts cells. From the 3rd week of the experiment, there was a significant difference in the total cell Th and T levels between the two groups (P<0.01). The PFC and QHS measurements suggested that LICC has little effect on humoral immunity.
