重度食管狭窄患者多因食管梗阻而不能进食，出现渐进性营养不良，甚至全身衰竭而死亡。我们1995年3月～1997年12月，应用带膜Cook支架治疗食管-胃吻合狭窄患者6例，晚期食管癌患者14例，近期效果较好。报道如下。1资料与方法1．1一般资料20例中男14例，女6例；年龄52～83岁。食 Patients with severe esophageal stenosis can’t eat because of esophageal obstruction, there is progressive malnutrition, or even systemic failure and death.
