采用粉末冶金技术制取的铅青铜材料ZQpb25-5,组织成分均匀、晶粒细小,铅呈细点状和不连续的网状均匀分布在α相晶粒边界,α相基体里有大量孪晶,未发现树枝状晶。本文研究了粉末冶金铅青铜材料的制造和性能。
The lead bronze material ZQpb25-5 prepared by powder metallurgy technique has uniform microstructure and small grain size. The lead is fine and discontinuous. The lead is uniformly distributed on the α-phase grain boundary. There are a large number of twins in the α-phase matrix, No dendrites were found. This paper studies the manufacture and properties of powder metallurgy lead bronze materials.
