细胞内游离钙离子(Ca2+)与肿瘤关系密切,直接参与调控肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移和分化。瞬时感受器电位(TRP)是细胞膜上的一种非选择性阳离子通道,且被认为是最可能的钙库操纵性钙通道和受体操纵性钙通道的分子基础。TRP通道C亚族蛋白(TRPC)在多种细胞中表达。近年研究多发现调控Ca2+进入细胞的TRPC6通道与多种癌症的发生和浸润转移有关。如果能阻遏此过程,可能对肿瘤的治疗提供一个新的思路。现对近年来TRPC6通道与肿瘤的关系的相关研究作一综述。

Transient receptor potential (TRP) is a non-selective cation channel on the cell membrane and is believed to be the molecular basis of the most likely calcium store-operated calcium channels and receptor-manipulated calcium channels. TRP channel C subunit protein (TRPC) is expressed in a variety of cells. In recent years, many studies have found that TRPC6 channels that regulate the entry of Ca2 + into cells are associated with the occurrence and invasion of multiple cancers. If you can stop this process, may provide a new idea for the treatment of cancer. In recent years, the relationship between TRPC6 channel and tumor related research is reviewed.
