在国内专卖专营的政策之下,烟草行业在管理上面缺少主动性以及灵活性,过于依靠国家的决策。烟草行业若想在可持续发展道路上走下去,就必须要改变自身的发展方式,调整产业的结构。对标管理是复杂的、长期的、具有挑战性的系统工程。烟草行业的企业实施对标管理的途径,提升工作效率,创新思维,全面提高公司业绩,增加公司的核心竞争力。
Under the domestic monopoly franchise policy, the tobacco industry lacks initiative and flexibility in management and relies too much on national decisions. If the tobacco industry wants to continue on the path of sustainable development, it must change its own development methods and adjust its structure. Benchmarking management is a complex, long-term, challenging system engineering. Companies in the tobacco industry have implemented methods to benchmark management, improve work efficiency, innovate thinking, comprehensively improve company performance, and increase the company’s core competitiveness.
