进入九十年代以来,我国华北、华东地区连续几年夏季出现大范围的持续高温高湿天气,给工农业生产和人们的生活造成一定程度的影响。这种气候,尤其对档案资料的保管带来极大的不利。许多档案馆（室）库房内的温度湿度明显升高,再加上有少数条件差的档案馆和相当数量的基层档案室缺少必要的控温控湿先进设备,这就给我们的档案管理工作提出了一个值得研究并亟待解决的重要课题:面临着今年炎夏的即将到来,特别是黄河中下游地区降水偏多的科学预测,如何高度重视并切实加强这个季节的档案保护工作。
