目的重新认识大环内酯类药物对绿脓杆菌作用的机理。方法通过CAJ文献数据库检索;从大环内酯类药物对绿脓杆菌的抗菌作用原理的角度来分析研究。结果大环内酯类药物对绿脓杆菌感染的作用不是通过经典的核糖体途径(与细菌核糖体的50S亚基结合,从而抑制细菌蛋白质合成),而是通过免疫调节、抗炎作用和抑制细菌毒力的作用来抑制或杀灭绿脓杆菌。结论大环内酯类药物用于治疗支气管炎、支气管囊性纤维化(CF)、支气管扩张症、慢性副鼻窦炎、烧伤并发的绿脓杆菌等疾病的治疗,疗效显著。
Objective To re-understand the mechanism of action of macrolide on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods The CAJ database was searched. The antibacterial mechanism of macrolides against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was analyzed. Results Macrolides did not act on Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections through the classical ribosomal pathway (binding to the bacterial 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, thereby inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis) but through immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects The role of bacterial virulence to inhibit or kill Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion Macrolides are effective in the treatment of diseases such as bronchitis, bronchial cystic fibrosis (CF), bronchiectasis, chronic sinusitis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa complicated by burn.
