本实验拟用罗格列酮(RGZ)干预环孢素A(CsA)刺激下的大鼠肝细胞,观察其过氧化物酶体增殖物受体γ(PPAR γ)、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)和纤维连接蛋白(FN)及丙二醛(MDA) 和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的表达,探讨RGZ对CsA肝毒性的保护作用。
In this experiment, RGZ was used to interfere rat hepatic cells stimulated by CsA, and the changes of peroxisome proliferator-receptor gamma (PPARγ), transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1 ) And fibronectin (FN), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH), and to explore the protective effect of RGZ on CsA hepatotoxicity.
