2×6 m3特大型搅拌楼是我国目前生产能力最大的混凝土生产设备,常态混凝土生产能力300~400 m3/h,碾压混凝土生产能力330 m3/h。该搅拌楼具有生产能力大、自动化程度高、生产可靠等特点,适用于水工混凝土拌制,尤其是双卧轴强制式搅拌机,特别适用于石灰岩骨料的碾压混凝土的拌制,生产的碾压混凝土各项指标均优于传统的双锥自落式搅拌机。龙滩大坝混凝土总量约736万m3,其中碾压混凝土约480万m3,最大月浇筑强度近34万m3/月,龙滩大坝在全国水电站施工中首次选用了3座2×6 m3特大型强制式搅拌楼,满足碾压混凝土快速施工的要求。由于单楼生产能力大,工程所需搅拌楼数量可相对减少,即可减少施工用地,而且生产管理简单,混凝土质量易于控制。文章介绍了该搅拌楼的选型、特点、应用效果以及有待改进的建议等。
The 2 × 6 m3 extra-large mixing tower is the most productive concrete production equipment in our country. The production capacity of normal concrete is 300-400 m3 / h and that of RCC is 330 m3 / h. Due to the large production capacity of single floor, the number of mixing buildings required for the project can be reduced relatively, the construction land can be reduced, and the production management is simple and the quality of concrete is easy to control. This article introduces the selection of the mixing tower, features, application effects and recommendations to be improved.
