噬菌体是能感染细菌的病毒,在自然界中分布十分广泛。随着发酵工业中的噬菌体污染以及多药耐药菌株的出现,噬菌体越来越受到关注。噬菌体感染细菌包括吸附、注入、复制、组装、释放等环节;细菌在与噬菌体的共进化过程中,针对这些环节产生了不同的抗感染机制。该文围绕抗吸附、超感染排斥、限制修饰系统、CRISPR系统、流产感染、组装感染等细菌的噬菌体感染耐受机制研究进行了简要综述。
Bacteriophages are bacteria that can infect bacteria and are widely distributed in nature. With the phage contamination in the fermentation industry and the emergence of multidrug-resistant strains, phage are gaining more and more attention. Bacteriophage infection of bacteria, including adsorption, injection, replication, assembly, release and other aspects of the bacteria in the process of co-evolution with phage, for these aspects have a different mechanism of anti-infective. In this review, we briefly reviewed the mechanisms of bacteriophage-mediated tolerance of bacteria such as anti-adsorption, superinfection rejection, restriction modification system, CRISPR system, abortion infection and assembly infection.
