对影响生成气组成及含量的气化条件进行了考察,提出了用K 值作为衡量催化剂影响气化反应速率和变换反应速率相对关系的指标。并对如何调整碱金属复合催化剂的组成、改变反应温度和初始水碳比sp_0以制取CO 含量较低的合成氨原料气和具有适宜H_2/CO 比的合成气作了试探性研究,提出了较合适的催化剂和较适宜的气化条件。
The gasification conditions that affect the composition and content of the generated gas were investigated. The K value was used as an index to measure the relative relationship between the catalyst gasification rate and the shift reaction rate. And how to adjust the composition of the alkali metal composite catalyst, change the reaction temperature and the initial water / carbon ratio sp_0 to make the synthesis gas with lower CO content, and the synthesis gas with the suitable H2 / CO ratio were tentatively studied. Suitable catalysts and more suitable gasification conditions.
