分析了确定电力系统自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)机组调节容量的主要因素,提出将AGC最小调节容量的获取转换为最小调节速率的获取。根据电力系统实际运行情况和控制性能评价标准(control performance standard,CPS)考核要求,建立基于现代内点理论的互联电网CPS标准下的AGC最小调节速率的数学模型,确定解算条件,导出含互补约束条件的非线性规划算法。该方法能够确定不同时段最优AGC机组调节容量,协调不同特性机组的运行,从而保证电力系统安全稳定经济运行,同时很好地兼顾电网运行的可靠性和市场运营的经济性。大量的仿真实验和比较算例表明所提方法的可行性和实用性。
The main factors that determine the capacity of automatic generation control (AGC) in power system are analyzed. The acquisition of the minimum adjustment capacity of AGC is proposed. According to the actual performance of power system and assessment requirements of control performance standard (CPS), a mathematical model of minimum adjustment rate of AGC under CPS standard of interconnected power grid based on modern interior point theory is established, and the solution conditions are determined. Constraints of nonlinear programming algorithm. The method can determine the optimal capacity of AGC units in different periods and coordinate the operation of units with different characteristics so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system and at the same time balance the reliability of grid operation with the economy of market operation. A large number of simulation experiments and comparative examples show the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
