目的:研究加味通腑汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠IL~(-1)β和IL~(-1)0的影响及作用机制。方法:将140只健康SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP组、加味通腑汤低剂量组、加味通腑汤中剂量组、加味通腑汤高剂量组。采用TNBS/乙醇法建立UC大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测UC大鼠模型结肠组织IL~(-1)β和IL~(-1)0含量。结果:加味通腑汤低剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较,IL~(-1)β含量略升高IL~(-1)0含量略下降(P>0.05);加味通腑汤低剂量组与SASP组比较IL~(-1)β含量明显增高IL~(-1)0含量明显下降(P<0.05);加味通腑汤中剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较IL~(-1)β含量明显下降(P<0.05),IL~(-1)0含量略升高(P>0.05);加味通腑汤中剂量组与SASP组比较IL~(-1)β含量明显升高(P<0.05),IL~(-1)0含量略下降(P>0.05);加味通腑汤大剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较IL~(-1)β含量明显下降IL~(-1)0含量明显升高(P<0.05);加味通腑汤大剂量组与SASP组比较IL~(-1)β含量明显下降IL~(-1)0含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:加味通腑汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠能够下调致炎细胞因子和上调抗炎细胞因子的反应,控制炎症反应,提高免疫力,减轻结肠组织黏膜损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Tongfu Decoction on IL-1β and IL-1 0 in rats with ulcerative colitis and its mechanism. Methods: One hundred and forty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Bupi Yichang pill group, SASP group, low-dose Jiaweitongfu decoction group, Jiawei Tongfu decoction middle dose group, Jiawei Tongfu decoction Dose group. UC rat model was established by TNBS / ethanol method. After intragastric administration, the levels of IL-1β and IL-1 0 in colonic tissue of UC rats were detected. Results: Compared with Bupi Yichang pill group, the content of IL-1β was slightly increased (P> 0.05); the content of Tongfu Decoction Compared with SASP group, the content of IL- (-1) beta in IL-1 significantly decreased (P <0.05) in the dose group and that in the Bupi Yichang pill group (P <0.05), and the content of IL-1 (0) slightly increased (P> 0.05). Compared with SASP group, the content of IL- (P <0.05), and the content of IL-1 0 slightly decreased (P> 0.05). The content of IL-1βin the Tongfu Decoction high dose group was significantly lower than that of the Bupi Yichang pill group (P <0.05). Compared with the SASP group, the content of IL-1β in the Tongfu Decoction group was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Tongfu Decoction can reduce the inflammatory cytokines and up-regulate the anti-inflammatory cytokines in ulcerative colitis rats, control the inflammatory reaction, improve the immunity and relieve the mucosal injury in the colon.
