轴承钢管热轧后穿水冷却工艺在无锡钢厂成功地用于生产。本文介绍了该工艺的设备和工艺参数。采用这种工艺后,GCr_(15)轴承管质量明显提高,碳化物级别≤1.5级;接触疲劳寿命 L10、L50超过原雾冷管;球化退火时间缩短;一道次冷拔变形量增加,取得了增产节能的重大经济效果。
Bearing steel pipe after hot water cooling process in Wuxi Steel successfully used in the production. This article describes the process equipment and process parameters. After this process, GCr_ (15) bearing tube quality significantly increased, carbide level ≤ 1.5; contact fatigue life L10, L50 than the original fog tube; spheroidizing annealing time is shortened; The major economic results of increasing energy efficiency.
