目的对北京某公司合金精密铸件生产线技术改造项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,提出相应防护对策和管理措施。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法和职业健康检查相结合的方法。结果该建设项目选址、总平面布局、采光、照明、通风、辅助用室等均符合国家相关规定,具备完善的防护措施和管理措施。该项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为丁酮、粉尘、噪声,其中丁酮和粉尘的检测结果均符合国家相关标准,砂带机操作位所产生的生产性噪声8 h等效声级为94.2 d B(A),超过国家标准限值。结论针对该项砂带机操作位噪声超过标准限值现象,应重视该岗位劳动人员个人防护用品的正确佩戴及使用,尽量降低工人接触噪声时间。该项目职业病危害防护措施整体基本有效,建设单位应严格落实职业病危害管理制度,同时加强个人防护和对职业病危害作业人员的健康监护。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the technical renovation project of alloy casting production line of a certain company in Beijing and put forward corresponding protective measures and management measures. Methods The methods of on-the-spot investigation, checklist, testing and occupational health examination were adopted. Results The project site selection, general layout, lighting, lighting, ventilation, auxiliary rooms and so on are in line with relevant state regulations, with perfect protective measures and management measures. The major occupational hazards in the project are methyl ethyl ketone, dust and noise. The test results of methyl ethyl ketone and dust meet the national standards. The production noise generated by belt machine operation 8 h equivalent sound Grade 94.2 d B (A), exceeding the national standard limits. Conclusion In view of the fact that the noise of operating belt in this belt machine exceeds the standard limit value, we should attach importance to the correct wearing and use of personal protective equipment for workers in this position, and minimize the worker’s exposure to noise. The overall occupational hazards prevention measures in this project are basically effective. The construction unit should strictly implement the occupational disease hazard management system and strengthen personal protection and health guardianship of occupational hazards workers.
