目的:探讨在不同硒浓度条件下延龄草生长发育规律及硒、镉、砷、铅、汞吸收规律。方法:用不同浓度的外源硒与镉、砷、铅、汞处理延龄草,计算延龄草生长量、叶面积、生根数等指标来反应其生长规律;用原子荧光法测定硒与镉、砷、铅、汞的吸收量。结果:延龄草茎叶相对生长量、叶面积和生根数都随着外源硒浓度的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,在外源硒浓度为25 mg/kg时,延龄草茎叶相对生长量、叶面积和生根数均达到最大值,当硒浓度超过30 mg/kg时,对延龄草的生长发育表现出抑制作用。延龄草对镉、铅、汞、砷的吸收随着外源硒浓度的增加出现先减少再增加后减少的规律,硒浓度为10~15 mg/kg时,延龄草对镉、铅、汞、砷的吸收量最少。结论:不同硒浓度对延龄草的生长发育及吸收镉、铅、汞、砷的作用有所不同。
OBJECTIVE: To study the growth and development of Trilliums and the absorption rules of selenium, cadmium, arsenic, lead and mercury under different selenium concentrations. Methods: Trilliums were treated with different concentrations of exogenous selenium and cadmium, arsenic, lead and mercury, the growth of trillium was calculated, the growth of trichomes, the area of leaves and the number of rooting were measured to reflect its growth. The atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the contents of selenium and cadmium , Arsenic, lead, mercury absorption. Results: The relative growth, leaf area and root number of stems and leaves of Trillium chinense increased first and then decreased with the increase of exogenous selenium concentration. When the exogenous selenium concentration was 25 mg / kg, Trillium chinense The relative growth of stems and leaves, leaf area and root number reached the maximum value. When the concentration of selenium exceeded 30 mg / kg, the growth and development of Trillium chinense were inhibited. Trillium could reduce the content of cadmium, lead, mercury and arsenic first, then increase and then decrease with the increase of exogenous selenium concentration. When the concentration of selenium was 10-15 mg / kg, Mercury, arsenic absorption of the least. Conclusion: The effects of different concentrations of selenium on the growth and development of Trillium chinense and the absorption of cadmium, lead, mercury and arsenic are different.
