目的 探讨α1 微球蛋白 (α1 MG)、β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)、尿微量白蛋白 (mALB)、尿转铁蛋白(TRF)、尿N 乙酰 β D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)几项指标在诊断早期肾功能损伤中的应用价值。 方法 采用RIA法测定α1 MG、β2 MG)、mALB ;酶免疫法测定TRF ;终点法测定NAG。结果 各肾损伤病组几项检测指标均较正常对照显著升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,阳性率明显高于BUN和Cr ,在尿蛋白阴性组中更明显。单项检测阳性率偏低 ,随检测定项目增多而升高 ,最高可达 96 1 % ;尿蛋白阳性者较阴性者升高显著 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 联合检测血、尿α1 MG、β2 MG及尿mALB、TRF、NAG可有助于早期肾功能损害的诊断。
Objective To investigate the effects of α1 MG, β2 MG, mALB, TRF and NAG The Value of Index in Diagnosing Early Renal Function Injury. Methods The α1 MG and β2 MG were determined by RIA method, and mALB was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The NAG was determined by the end point method. Results Several indexes of renal injury group were significantly higher than those of normal control group (P <0.01), the positive rate was significantly higher than that of BUN and Cr, which was more obvious in urine protein negative group. The positive rate of single test was low, with the test items increased and increased, up to 96 1%; urine protein positive were significantly higher than the negative (P <0.01). Conclusions The combined detection of blood and urine α1 MG, β2 MG and urine mALB, TRF and NAG may contribute to the diagnosis of early renal impairment.
