目的 研究补钙剂GRN在大鼠股骨中的存留率。方法选择大白鼠做实验测定血清磷、血清钙、血清碱性磷酸酶、股骨中钙含量,计算股骨钙存留率。本实验对现在上市部分畅销4种补钙剂进行了大鼠股骨钙存留率及相关指标的研究。结果雌雄性大鼠股骨钙存留率无差异(P>0.05),脱钙大鼠用GRN补钙后股骨钙存留率显著高于未脱钙大鼠(P<0.001)。结论表明大鼠在缺钙的状态下,对GRN的吸收和利用率可明显提高。
Objective To study the retention of GRN in rat femur. Methods Rats were selected to do experiments to determine serum phosphorus, serum calcium, serum alkaline phosphatase and femur calcium content, and calculate the femoral calcium retention rate. This experiment on the market is now part of the best-selling four kinds of calcium supplement rat femoral calcium retention rate and related indicators. Results The survival rate of femoral calcium in female and male rats was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The survival rate of calcium in calcified rats was significantly higher than that in non-decalcified rats (P <0.001). Conclusions show that in the state of calcium deficiency, the absorption and utilization rate of GRN can be obviously increased in rats.
