缴费渠道是企业实现业务销售和收入回现的通道,在电信企业中占有重要地位。缴费渠道价值运营是指在拓宽缴费渠道的同时,密切关注成本和效益,引导缴费渠道趋向低成本、高效率和高附加值的过程。上世纪90年代及以前,电信企业的缴费渠道和手段较为单一,以营业厅排队缴费为主;2000年前后,逐步采用银行转账、银行托代收等电子缴费方式;2008年前后,涌现出自助缴费终端、网上营业厅、电子代办、移动支付等更为灵活便捷的新渠道;如今,已形成了以电子渠道为主体、多种渠道并存的缴费渠道体系。
