通过湿热老化试验(温度为85℃,湿度为95%),研究了T700纤维/环氧和F-12纤维/环氧两种复合材料力学性能、玻璃化转变温度、热失重随老化时间的变化。结果表明,经湿热老化后,两种复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量和剪切强度具有不同的变化规律,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度有较明显地下降。两种复合材料湿热老化机理有明显的区别,T700纤维/环氧复合材料老化后的性能稳定性优于F-12纤维/环氧复合材料。
The mechanical properties, glass transition temperature and weight loss of T700 fiber / epoxy and F-12 fiber / epoxy composites with aging time were studied by wet heat aging test (temperature 85 ℃, humidity 95%) . The results show that after aging, the tensile strength, tensile modulus and shear strength of the two composites have different variation rules. The glass transition temperature of the composites decreases obviously. The two composites have a significant difference in the mechanism of heat and moisture aging. The aging stability of T700 fiber / epoxy composite is better than F-12 fiber / epoxy composite.
