用Ag—AgCl电极于50例正常人的前胸体表,记录到每搏窦房结电位。它在相应的心电图P波前出现,窦房传导时间为54~174ms,舒张期斜坡不明显,向上斜坡之dv/dt为0.33~2.17mv/s,波幅7~45μv。在4条麻醉狗,同步记录体表窦房结电图、腔内窦房结电图和肢体导联心电图,作对比定性观察,证实了从体表记录到的P前波是窦房结区电活动在体表的反映。通过对13例病态窦房结综合症(简称SSS)及10例其他心律失常患者的观察,显示出它在反映心脏传导系统各部分、特别是窦房结的电活动方面的优越性,能起到常规心电图无法起到的作用。
