利用电磁波在一维(1D)圆柱掺杂光子晶体中径向受限的条件,推导出电磁波在一维圆柱掺杂光子晶体中各个模式满足的关系式。利用特征矩阵法计算出TE波和TM波各模式的缺陷模的变化规律。得出了一些一维圆柱掺杂光子晶体缺陷模的新特征。TE波和TM波的缺陷模频率都随模式量子数的增加而增大,而随圆柱半径的增加而减小。TE波的缺陷模频率半峰全宽(FWHM)随模式量子数的增加而减小,但随圆柱半径的增加而增大。TM波的缺陷模频率半峰全宽的变化情况与TE波相反。
Using the condition that the electromagnetic wave is confined radially in a one-dimensional (1D) cylindrical doped photonic crystal, the relation of each mode of the electromagnetic wave in one-dimensional cylindrical doped photonic crystal is deduced. The characteristic matrix method is used to calculate the variation regularities of the modes of TE and TM waves. Some new features of the one-dimensional defect mode of the cylindrical doped photonic crystal are obtained. The modes frequencies of TE wave and TM wave both increase with the increase of the mode quantum number, and decrease with the increase of the radius of the cylinder. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the TE mode defect mode decreases with the increase of the mode quantum number, but increases with increasing radius of the cylinder. TM wave defect modulus frequency full-width half-width changes and TE wave opposite.
