目的：观察血复生干浸膏合将环孢素A治疗再生障碍性贫血(AA)的临床疗效及作用机制。方法：将46例患者随机分为两组。治疗组以血复生干浸膏及环孢素A(田可)、雄激素(安雄)为主治疗；对照组以环孢素A合雄激素为主治疗。观察疗程12个月。结果：治疗组总有效率为87.0％，对照组为73.9％。结论：血复生干浸膏具有恢复骨髓造血作用，协同环孢素A可等提高治疗AA的疗效，减少西药副作用，提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of Xuefuxin dry extract combined with cyclosporin A in the treatment of aplastic anemia (AA). Methods: 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with xueshuashenggan extract and cyclosporin A (Tian Ke) and androgens (An Xiong). The control group was mainly treated with cyclosporin A combined with androgen. Observation of treatment for 12 months. Results: The total effective rate was 87.0% in the treatment group and 73.9% in the control group. Conclusion: Xuefuxin dry extract can restore hematopoietic function of bone marrow, synergistic cyclosporine A can improve the curative effect of treating AA, reduce the side effects of western medicine and improve the quality of life of patients.
