采用刚塑性有限元法对镦粗过程中的圆柱锻件内孔洞缺陷进行了数值分析,并研究了摩擦条件对锻件内孔洞闭合的影响。模拟结果与实验结果对比表明,锻件压下量e%与孔洞变形程度b/a的关系曲线趋于一致,从而为应用有限元法指导锻件的设计提供了依据。
The rigid-plastic finite element method was used to analyze the hole defects in the cylindrical forging during the upsetting process. The influence of the friction condition on the hole closure in the forging was also studied. The comparison between the simulation results and experimental results shows that the relation curve of the e% of the forging and the b / a of the hole deformation tends to be consistent, which provides the basis for the design of the forging by using the finite element method.
