目的了解噪声环境作业工人的听力损失情况。方法采用MADSEN Conera科丽纳诊断型纯音测听仪对噪声环境作业工人进行听力学测试,并对听力资料进行统计学分析。结果共检查15 901名噪声接触工人,共计31 802耳,诊断为听力损失11 170耳,听力损失率为35.12%。工龄9~13年组工人的听力损失率最高,为60.69%,工龄<3年组最低,为23.90%;51~58岁组工人的听力损失率最高,为60.33%,18岁~组最低,为24.65%;随年龄和工龄增长工人听力损失率均呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。不同工种工人听力损失率由高到低依次为冲床工(47.82%)、钳工(35.68%)、电焊工(31.90%)和装配工(23.58%),不同工种工人听力损失率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噪声作业工人工龄越长、年龄越大及所处工作环境噪声越大,听力损失率越高。
Objective To understand the hearing loss of workers in noise environment. Methods The MADSEN Conera diagnostic pure tone audiometer was used to carry out the audiological tests on the noise environment workers and the statistical analysis of the hearing data. Results A total of 15 901 noise-exposed workers were examined, accounting for a total of 31 802 ears. The hearing loss was 11 170 ears and the hearing loss rate was 35.12%. The hearing loss rate was the highest in workers aged 9-13 years, 60.69%, the lowest in workers <3 years, and the lowest was 23.90%. The hearing loss rate was highest in workers aged 51-58 (60.33%), lowest in 18 years Was 24.65%. The hearing loss rate of workers increased with age and seniority (P <0.05). The hearing loss rate of different types of workers from high to low were punching (47.82%), fitter (35.68%), welder (31.90%) and assembler (23.58%). The hearing loss rate of different types of workers was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The longer the working age of the noise workers, the older they are and the noise they are working in, the higher the hearing loss rate is.
