目前治疗类风湿性关节炎(下称类风关)的药物均有一定的副反应,往往影响治疗的进行。1984年1～4月,我们试用河南省医药工业研究所研制的非甾体消炎镇痛新药痛炎速灵治疗20例类风关,取得了满意效果,今报道如下。 1 病例选择 20例患者均符合美国医学会类风关诊断标准,其中男5例,女15例,年龄20～69岁,平均46±(SD)7岁。病程0.5年5例,1～5年7例,5～10年3例,10～20年3例,20年以上2例。过去都曾接受过
The current treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (hereinafter referred to as wind-off) drugs have some side effects, often affect the treatment. From January 1984 to April 1984, we tried the new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug developed by Henan Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry for the treatment of 20 cases of wind-related diseases with satisfactory results. Now we report the following. 1 case selection 20 patients meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Medical Association class Fengguan, including 5 males and 15 females, aged 20 to 69 years, mean 46 ± (SD) 7 years old. Duration of 0.5 years in 5 cases, 1 to 5 years in 7 cases, 5 to 10 years in 3 cases, 10 to 20 years in 3 cases, more than 20 years in 2 cases. I have accepted it in the past
